Madonna - It may be Madge going OTT to get attention, but it totally works this time
Sienna Miller - Sienna has got the balance between punk and glam perfectly. I especially love the spikes in her hair
Nina Dobrev - One of the last people you would expect to see on a best dressed list, I really love this look. I’m glad she kept her hair down.
